  • Panin Point redemption can only be done by the Main Holder of an active Panin Credit Card that is not in a blocked condition and without payment arrears.
  • Every purchase transaction worth IDR 25,000 will get 1 (one) Panin Point.
  • The accumulated Panin Points cannot be exchanged for money, moved, or transferred to other Panin Credit Card Holders.

  • Saya memahami dan meyetujui bahwa pihak PaninBank berhak untuk melakukan konfirmasi dan validasi terhadap kebenaran/keaslian data yang ada dalam Formulir permohonan e-Statement yang saya ajukan.
  • Informasi produk dan layanan Kartu Kredit PaninBank akan saya peroleh melalui website PaninBank www.panin.co.id atau 24 jam CallPanin di 1500678.
  • Saya setuju untuk menerima dan mengikatkan diri pada semua syarat dan ketentuan e-Statement yang yang telah dibuat oleh PaninBank.
  • Untuk ketidaksesuaian transaksi pada e-Statement, sanggahan dapat diajukan selambat-lambatnya 30 hari sejak tanggal cetak tagihan Kartu Kredit melalui 24 jam callPanin di 1500678.
  • Bank tidak bertanggungjawab yang disebabkan oleh kesalahan saya dalam mencantumkan penulisan informasi nomor Kartu Kredit, alamat email dan data pribadi dalam Formulir e-Statement, temasuk dalam hal terdapatnya kegagalan/kesalahan sistem walaupun telah dilakukan seluruh upaya kehati-hatian sesuai standar yang berlaku.
  • Saya akan menghubungi Call Center Panin Bank atau Cabang PaninBank apabila :
    • Tidak menerima e-Statement
    • Terdapat kesalahan total transaksi
    • Terdapat perubahan alamat email dan/atau data pribadi
  • Layanan e-Statement akan berakhir jika Kartu Kredit PaninBank ditutup atas permintaan pemegang Kartu Kredit atau atas keputusan PaninBank dengan atau tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang Kartu.
  • Saya memahami bahwa pihak PaninBank berhak untuk mengubah dan atau menambahkan syarat dan ketentuan terhadap fasilitas e-Statement yang akan diinformasikan kemudian hari.

Recurring Payment
Terms and Conditions
  • Customers can register by calling 24 Hours CallPanin at 1500678.
  • The application for registration of recurring payment facilities must be made by the main Cardholder. Especially for Panin Visa Corporate, the application for registration must be made through the PIC of the Company.
  • This applies to all holders of Panin Visa Gold, Panin Visa Platinum, Panin Visa Infinite, and Panin Visa Corporate.
  • If the registration of recurring payments is received by PaninBank before or on the 25th day of the month, PaninBank will process all invoices received in the following month.
  • If the registration is received by PaninBank after the 25th day of the month until the end of the month, the processing and bookkeeping of the bill on the Credit Card will be carried out in the following month. Therefore, the Cardholder must pay the bill themselves to the Provider/Biller the following month.
  • The Cardholder hereby authorizes PaninBank to debit the Panin Credit Card and pay the service bill to the Provider/Biller.
  • PaninBank at its sole discretion may reject the application for recurring payment facilities.
  • Cardholders can register more than 1 Customer ID.
  • Administration fee for recurring payments: PLN: IDR 5,000 per transaction or debit; and for Telkom, Telkom Speedy, Telkomsel, Indosat, XL, Tri, First Media, Smartfren: IDR 2,500,- per transaction or debit (fees are subject to change at any time and will be communicated through written notice or other media).
  • If the credit limit available on the Panin Credit Card is insufficient, the Credit Card is blocked, or there are other causes that result in the Provider/Biller bill not being able to be processed by auto-debit on the Credit Card, then PaninBank automatically reserves the right not to pay the bill from the Provider/Biller on that month.
  • Successful registration cannot be canceled.
  • Bill payment transactions or recurring payments do not earn Panin Points.

  • Minimum transaction:
  • Panin Visa Gold: IDR500.000,-
  • Panin Visa Platinum and Panin Visa Infinite: IDR1.000.000,-
  • The card is active.
  • Valid for all retail transactions at home and abroad.
  • Not valid for cash advance or cash withdrawal transactions.
  • Transaction changes to installments can be made by calling 24 hours Call Panin at 1500678 or +6221-251 5555 from abroad. In addition, you can visit the following link http://bit.ly/KKCicilan
  • Transaction changes to installments can be made a maximum of 14 calendar days from the transaction date.
  • Installment cancellation fees are subject to a penalty of 2.5% of the remaining installments or a minimum of IDR200,000,-
  • Penalty fees are subject to change at any time and will be communicated through written notice or other media.
