Panin Professional Program is a class program that we create specifically for recent graduates who want to develop their career in banking. Through this program class, be prepared to become a professional who will later become the leader and spearhead of our banking business.

Panin Profesional Program

Prepared and developed to support the needs of quality human resources in the field of funding / management of Third Party Funds (Funding & Wealth Management), as well as lending in 3 main business segments of the Bank, namely SME Loans, Commercial, and Home Ownership Loans. The program runs throughout the year and consists of:

  1. Account Officer Program Commercial (AOP Commercial)
  2. KPR Program Account Officer (AOP KPR)
  3. Relationship Management Program (RMP)
