How to avoid CallPanin scam:

1. The official CallPanin number is 1500 678. If the number/caller ID is different and someone says that they represent CallPanin, it is certain that the call is a scam call.
2. Be aware if you receive a Caller ID that resembles CallPanin, for example +6211500678 or +1500678 and asks for confidential personal data on the grounds of updating data or luring prizes.
3. Be aware of fake CallPanin stickers on ATMPanin machines or ATM rooms.
4. The official CallPanin will never contact PaninBank customers and ask for confidential personal data for any reason.
5. Never give data such as; debit card number, card expiration date, Debit Card/Mobile Banking PIN, One Time PIN/Password, CVV (Three digit number on the back of the card) to anyone.

Don't let your guard down! Avoid fraudsters impersonating PaninBank, be careful before receiving a call. Be alert without panic and stop the conversation if the tone is suspicious.
